    They also serve who only curate. Inventors and explorers are important but if the memory of what they did isn’t retained and told to others, it is little different from having never happened.

    Moms and Grandmas often have the flaw of being too practical and not seeing the value that we ascribe to the things we like to collect (and yes, I’m speaking from personal experience).
