Gift bags are a blessing to those of us who aren’t so good at wrapping presents.

At least it’s not the gift card.

No fun in just reaching into a bag for the gift. It’s the unwrapping that makes it worthwhile and fun. No anticipation with just a bag.

Once, shopping for a gift for my wife, I overheard one woman say to another, “Men are terrible at wrapping presents.” I said to them, “Unless we have enough duct tape”. They both scowled at me.

Saves a lot of money and bad words.
