Too bad inflation has nothing to do with elected officials.

And even worse, plenty of morons don’t know that.

How do Republicans have the NERVE to campaign on inflation, gas prices and the economy when all they can offer is incessant whining, but NO ACTUAL SOLUTIONS except a return to the failed policies of “supply side” “trickle down” corporate welfare and tax giveaways to the few richest elites coupled with deregulation of oversight that could address one of the major components of consumer price hikes: CORPORATE PROFITEERING AND PRICE GOUGING during multiple international emergencies?

Inflation and economy? Really? Biden has delivered the lowest unemployment in 70 years, and kept U.S. inflation far below that of other industrial nations in the wake of Putin’s war of aggression and the OPEC+ alliance with Russia to suppress oil production that was also demanded by Trump in April of 2020 under threat to the Saudis of removing protective U.S. bases from their territory.

Republicans want to do to the United States what Liz Truss did to the United Kingdom. When Truss was installed in mid-September, Faux “News” financial analysts such as Arthur Laffer (the architect of Reagan’s “supply side” policy) and Larry Kudlow, as well as multiple GOP elected officials, all praised her economic proposals and promised they would lead to prosperity. Kudlow, who was also a financial advisor to Trump and has never been right on a single economic prediction ever (he famously predicted that we were on the cusp of economic expansion just before the Bush economic meltdown in 2008), promised: “Now you’re going to watch Britain perform — outperform — the rest of the world year-in, year-out going forward.” Since the spectacular collapse of the British economy (and of Truss), he has been silent.

If this were under Harry Truman or JFK, the president would be seeking better enforcement of antitrust and cutting subsidies to the profiteers. Apparently, too many think the president controls prices when we’re in a captialist economy. The gougers control those prices. They need a dose of real capitalism.

Look at the voting records for every bill that would have even only gone so far as to just begin to investigate price gouging and you will find out which party has obstructed each and every bill or proposal that would have tried to repair the root causes of the global inflation. Every single 1. Guess which party obstructed every attempt to repair the economy for those who are not in the 1%? When you find the answer to that you will see red but you should have been voting Blue all along. Read the RNC platform and you will find a document full of hate but no real plans. Is that what you want to see in America? No plans to repair and build at all and nothing else but hate and fear that will lead us nowhere?

If you want to vote against inflation vote for the party that at least tries to have some control over the price gouging, labor hating, tax evading, money hiding, environment destroying corporations. Hint: it ain’t the republicans

Republicons are looking for DT rump reinstatement on the ballot too. I guess it’ll have to be a write-in.

Hitler and Mussolini made the trains run on time. And because people cared more than that, tens of millions of people died that didn’t have to.

if the Dems would just start acting more like the Replusiclans and constantly lie…and cheat…and yell…and misdirect…and disenfranchise people of color or lower income… and care more about guns than the children which they kill… and make sure old guys get to tell young women what they can do with their bodies… and make sure old white guys get to stay in power forever…and only care about being in power instead of passing laws that are for the common good… they might win more elections…( but we would all be the worst for that win…just like we will be for the next two years….)

If he wants to vote against inflation, don’t vote red. They make things worse despite claiming they are the party of financial responsibility.
