A woman who was waiting for the bus was being rushed by a group of inconsiderate teens who were going home from school. As they pushed past her I noticed the bruises on her face and thought she’d been through enough so since I had been waiting the longest and was first in line I reached to take her hand. She was surprised and overjoyed at a show of kindness. That makes life worth living. Je suis Canadian

I bet she’ll never do THAT again! If this happened to me, I would then tell the cashier to quickly make mine, then make the other poor chap’s coffees!
