No one in America should have to vote for basic human rights in their state.

Basic human rights are guaranteed to all citizens by the Constitution, no matter what state they live in.

And before the trolls start prevaricating about what is and isn’t expressly written in the Constitution, read the 9th Amendment.

Yeah, like Republicans are going to be satisfied with leaving it to the states. Like they’re not going to push for a nationwide ban. Like they’re not going to go after contraception, marriage equality, and bedroom laws.

Vote, people. Your freedom depends on it.

Don’t worry. Republicans know that they have an unpopular agenda and can’t win in fair elections. But they’re going to work on making sure only the “right” people can vote.

If Republicans did like Republicans say, this would never have been an issue in the first place. Just saying.

SC, bought and paid for by the twisted Christians known as the fake GOP believers! Only when it’s convenient to them, do they impose their “revised” comprehension of the constitution…..on WE the PEOPLE!

Given the opportunity, GOP would have women be slaves, and not have any rights at all!

Did anyone ever wonder how the twits, GOP wives, put up with their masters?

While I am morally opposed to the results it is acceptable from a constitutional view. The people have spoken.

They won’t come to Indiana where the decision was made by a bunch of old white men.

    - Here is the flaw with this argument. The right to abortion was guaranteed in Kansas by the Kansas State Constitution. The abortion proposition was put on the ballot by anti-abortion groups to give the legislature the power to regulate abortion. In states where the state constitutions do not guarantee the right to abortion, I doubt very much if the voters will get the option to have a say on the issue.
