His own constituents are suffering from his refusal to adhere to Democratic principles and proposed legislation which would benefit them such as the child care credits, health care measures, green energy, etc. But that’s all right with him as he’s got his fast car, big house and boat, etc. from owning businesses promoting the continued use of coal.
Everyone is talking as if we are going to wake up tomorrow morning and have the entire country converted to renewable energy, and a bunch of oil field and coal mine workers standing around with nothing to do. It’s a process. The coal mines and oil fields will have to hire fewer people as we convert to renewable. There will be more jobs in those fields, but the guy who has been in the coal mine for 20 years is probably not going to be a top candidate for those jobs. However, his son or daughter could. Anyway, I would be willing to pay you $100 for every coal miner who can honestly say that his highest hope for his children was that they would make their livings crawling around in a hole in the ground, getting filthy and risking cave ins
So what do you spend it on when nothing is left? You can’t eat money or metals, and things like breathable air, food, and potable water will be priceless to the remaining population.

He does seem to be… simple… to understand. I have no idea if he’s brighter than that when it isn’t about his major source of income.

Typical of republicans and pseudo-republicans, as long as it won’t get too bad before they die, why worry?

If the solution to global warming was to limit cell phone usage to 2 hours a day, I wonder how many people would actually trim their time?

What a great family! His daughter made sure to raise the price of EpiPens 300% and added a shortened fake expiration date.
