It is my imagination or does it look like Nate has packed on some extra pounds? Louie is right — the things he does for love — and hopefully he’ll help Nate with his diet. Both of them are such good souls.
My late loving wife and I had 2 Chihuahua’s and Catahoula Leopard Dog as our most recent dogs. They all loved vegetables, raw carrots or cooked and peas also. But I have to say their favorite thing was when my loving wife cooked Chicken or Turkey and pieces would fall from Heaven. Sadly 2 of them died before my loving wife and the last 1 died after her.
We had a poodle that learned to eat carrots, lettuce, cucumbers, celery and other greens to keep them away from the guinea pigs (the guinea pigs still got their treats – we just didn’t tell the dog) . :o) He was weird.

My boys love strawberry ice cream. Only a teaspoonful so they don’t get a tummy ache but wow, do they line up for ice cream :+))

Jaws-of-Death, my 90+ pound gentle-as-a-lamb pittie loves veggies. The other dog, not so much.

We haven’t seen Nate’s niece Natalie or whatever for a long time…she used to come over to the ship selling Girl Scout Cookies.
