Kelley should be ashamed of himself for drawing such pure bullshit.

Mr. Kelly, did you not see where the lead juror said the whole trial was a waste of time because of the complete lack of any credible evidence?

So, Kelly, if an acquitted Clinton aide makes her look guilty, what do all of the convicted Trump aides make him look like?

As usual the Right Wing will claim corruption when the system does not go their way. At best the Sussman charges were tenuous. Three years of investigation and this is all it amounted to.

Exactly! And, WHY was the trial in DC? There was no way a guilty verdict COULD be obtained with an Obama judge and the 100% “We voted for Hillary” jury pool!

If “promoting a hoax to discredit your opponent” were a crime, Steve Kelley would be sharing a cell with Kellyanne Conway. (Although that sounds a lot like cruel and unusual punishment.)

If you read the indictment and review the evidence, the whole thing was ridiculous. Even someone with the intelligence of a political cartoonist could tell that. But, unthinking ideologues like Kelley have to make a living…so I understand the cartoon.

I know this is hard to understand for many people, but with the law it doesn’t matter how much you like or dislike someone, and it doesn’t matter how distasteful their behavior is. All that matters is if they did something illegal.

You can believe that Hillary’s lawyer was sketchy and manipulative as much as you want, but he didn’t do anything illegal, and as such was acquitted. His motives may note have been pure, but he did not lie.

Every time I see people ranting about “locking up” Hillary… I hear people who want to live in a totalitarian government where political opponents are locked up, but the politicians they support get a free pass for doing things equally questionable.

The overwhelming evidence shows that Durham is a prejudiced block head who wasted millions in tax payer dollars for nothing.

Republiguns are so proud of that.

Mr Kelly’s notion of “overwhelming evidence” apparently is unlike that of twelve duly sworn men and women. Then again, “conservatives” have never been really keen on the rule of the majority.

So far, $3.8 million spent by Durham to find evidence to support a foregone (and incorrect) conclusion. This is what has been publicly reported. Not counting attorney fees, court time wasted, and jury members who could have been doing something productive instead.

This is the kind of waste and fraud that needs to be cut out of the budget. Easy to see, easy to stop.

Ridiculous. You do know why he was found innocent? Because he didn’t do what Republicans tried to Trump up on him.

You know why Hillary has never been indicted, because she’s never committed a crime.

Then again, the Trump family has committed many crimes, yet so far the only things they’ve been charged with have had to do with their fake charities.

How come these people were not upset when Kyle Rittenhouse was found not guilty of murder. This case is right up there with the Depp-Heard case in significance, compared to the Rittenhouse case.

Brought to you by the same people who think there’s “overwhelming evidence” that Trump actually won.

Hours of ranting and lying on right-wing talk radio isn’t “overwhelming evidence.”

And juries are picked by the lawyers of BOTH sides. Durham agreed to every one of those jurors.

I call it “Trump disease” – Republicans can’t admit they were ever wrong, and they can’t admit that they ever legitimately lose.

To silego: Sussmann DID lie by OMISSION to the FBI by saying he was acting as a ‘concerned citizen’ reporting nefarious activity by Trump. 1. Sussman WAS acting on behalf of Hillary.2. He knew the “nefarious activity by Trump” was a BS lie!3. The Obama activists running the FBI believed the lie even after the real investigating FBI agent said it was bogus.4. Hillary’s transmission of classified documents on her PRIVATE NON-GOVERNMENT phones, tablets, and server WAS illegal, as was her destruction of the phones, tablets, and ‘bleach-bit’ deletion of the subpoenaed emails that were on the server.5. WHITE Democrats like Hillary can break any law with impunity, since the ‘top’ people running the “Justice Department” LET them! [BLACK Democrats in Congress DO get indicted for crimes.]6.‘Swamp people’ like Attorney General ‘RINO Bill Barr’, who knew of the law breaking, did NOTHING, even though he was appointed by Trump, and NOW speaks up about it to sell his book.]
