Arm the gym teachers and talk about a new version of dodgeball!

Brain dead GOP

The solution is simple…outlaw lobbyists and the bribe money will stop!!

Arming teachers with little training, allowing anyone of age to carry a weapon, with no training and no license, …..this is GOPs way of fixing the problem….stay out of OHIO! The GOP are rabid and demented.

GOP add to the problem and not to the solution!

I’m sure some teachers are chomping at the bit to be packing, they’re the ones who definitely shouldn’t be allowed to. Most teachers adamently refuse to take on this role.

Before deciding that teacher should have guns, some parents should really have video of how their kids are behaving in class. There was more than one who was much safer if I didn’t have a gun while they were in my class.

A good public education system is the bedrock of democracy.

The GQP dream for America. The schoolmarm teaching kindergarteners about assault weapons. Get them signed up early for the NRA too.

I spent my career in education. I know teachers. It is not in their DNA to do this. There will not be a positive outcome. A small caliber conceal carry verses a shooter in body armor and high capacity weaponry. One person cares for children and teaches them empathy and compassion against another person who can’t wait to kill and die themselves. Arming teachers is insane! Find another solution!

No way a mentally disturbed teacher like you’ve seen on tik tok or any of those other social media “look at me” videos would ever be able to pass a stress test with any type of sidearm, much less a rifle. The experienced teachers and those with a willingness to do a job the parents and the police can’t seem to get done would answer the call to defend their wards without question because that is what American exceptionalism is.

How about all parents go on strike? Keep their kids from staring back in the fall. Maybe then Congress will listen to us and pass a ban on assault weapons, up the age to 21, buy back assault weapons, pass Red Flag laws, and make gun purchase and ownership procedure s just like getting a drivers license.

Let the teachers use the weapon they’ve always traditionally used, and hit the shooters with their rulers!

We need an Emmett Till moment. Seeing handmade crosses with victim’s names on them is not enough. Show what a child looks like after a chance meeting with an AR-15.

It’s easy for the brass in the Pentagon to move plastic soldiers around on a theoretical battlefield. Some plastic figures die; means nothing.

Sure thing, it’s not like any HS teacher won’t immediately get jumped by 4-5 kids all bigger than s/he is, get the gun, and kill the teacher for giving one or more of them a D on a test. This is an attack on public education wanting no one to ever become a teacher.

the obvious solution is to have target practice with assault weapons be part of gym class. kids can also hone coordination by playing hot potato with live grenades…
