One of the things I enjoy most about this strip is the relationship between Arlo and Luddie. There aren’t many strips that show a man enjoying having a cat. And that’s a little sad, because there are a lot of men who do.

JJ has said he likes to do something with Luddie once a week. Twice, and people complain about it being a cat strip.

Around out place it’s black bears that make a mess. They don’t pay attention either.
