Someone opened a can of worms… And if “Old Mary-Lardo” gets another chance, with his respect for women, other races, the handicapped… Oh the things he and “His Court” could accomplish…. settled law…. we don’t need no settled law…

So… who’s going to vote the REPUGs out of office? Who’s going to support revising political procedures for SCOTUS appointments? Ummm???

The key takeaway if that the conservaturds on the court wish to revert to the first draft of the constitution. If it’s not in that, then it’s not law to them. Wanna know what’s not in there?

All you gun lovers, just know, when the fascist have full control, they aren’t going to want you to have all those guns and ammunition any more. Perhaps, that’s the real reason for the ammunition shortages. They don’t care how many guns you have, they will deny you the ability to have the ammunition to use them effectively. Then they will take them away from you. All those chats where you brag about how many guns you have, nice of you to let your fascist leaders know what you have and probably where you keep them. It’ll make it easier when the Republicans actually take those guns away from you. Remember, that’s the first thing Hitler did was take away everyone’s guns. Even, and perhaps especially, those that voted for fascism. You guys are just the suckers they need to take power. Once in power, they don’t need you, and certainly won’t want your random violence anymore.

There are those who have a sense of basic humanity and there are those who don’t. Laws are for those who lack a sense of humanity (also known as depravity). Those who lack a sense of humanity will spend lots of time, money and effort fighting any attempt to keep them from exercising and even imposing their lack of humanity.

The real problem with Griswold was William O Douglas wrote a sloppy opinion on the right of privacy with “penubrae”. It should be part of the Fourth “right of the people to be secure in their persons”. That is why government cannot force an operation to extract evidence from one’s own body without probable cause. Yes, that was a case!
