Things that don’t bother TrumpubliQans about judicial ethics:

    1. Stolen seats — playing political games to manipulate Supreme Court nominations to politicize the courts

    2. Justices appointed by unelected presidents who got fewer votes than their opponents

    3. Clarence Thomas refusal to recuse in a case that directly involved his wife

    4. Justices who overruled what they ALL said under oath was established, settled precedent and did so on extremely flimsy, flawed logic that fails to recognize the reservation of unenumerated liberty rights enshrined in the Ninth Amendment, and authorities cited with the result that, for the first time in U.S. history, a right that had been granted and established was taken away from a population.

Things that don’t bother TrumpubliQans about judicial ethics:

Letting the public find out what they are doing.

What you have to understand is that the Qphalump isn’t about legality, empathy, doing what’s right for the constituents or anything except maintaining power and for a lot of them punishing people for being female, melanic, poor or liberal.

If justices hid things from congress and from us and lied to get their positions, then how can there be any justice?

It’s, about time that the worm figures out that it had darned well better start turning, don’t you think?

If the document is to be believed, women are going to lose a very important right. The Supreme Court , some of them are older than dirt, in their “wisdom” is going to overturn Roe v. Wade, it seems. If the court does that, it will set a bad precedent. If the court does overturn Roe v. Wade, that will be telling women that they don’t have a say in what to do with their bodies. What is next, taking away their right to vote? Is the court going to tell women that they do not have the right to work? If you are LGBTQ, you should beware because the Supreme Court could be coming for you next. If the court does overturn Roe v. Wade it will be a bad precedent and the United States of America will be the worse for it. Goodnight and good luck.

It’s the excuse that they plan to use that bothers me, they say ‘it is not a right specified in the Constitution, therefore it is not a right, at all’. We take a lot of ‘rights’ for granted, but now, evidently, those rights are in danger.

Interesting tidbit that came out the other day how the former con-guy-in-chief’s Department of Homeland Security delayed and altered an intelligence report related to Russian interference in the 2020 election, making changes that “appear to be based in part on political considerations” (MSN). Crickets yet again from the Alt-Reich.

Monday night’s leak of a draft opinion showing that the Supreme Court is ready to fully overturn Roe v. Wade has prompted many a conservative to show their retrograde, bigoted asses and confirm that the end of Roe will also affect many, many other rights and freedoms.

One conservative, in particular, took to the alt-right social media site Gab to call for the court to overturn Brown v. Board of Education, the 1954 case that struck down racial segregation in public schools.

Peter Brimelow is a former editor at the conservative National Review (a relatively mainstream publication!) who now runs a white nationalist website called VDare; the site’s tagline is “we inform the fight to keep America American.” Brimelow shared the story about the leak on Gab, per extremism reporter Nick Martin, and seemed excited about the prospect of legal public segregation: “Next stop Brown vs. Board!” Brimelow also called for the court to overturn New York Times v. Sullivan, a landmark press freedom case that required people suing for libel to prove that false statements were maliciously made. We should note that Brimelow is currently suing the Times for referring to him as a white nationalist (he prefers “civic nationalist”). Brown is the case that overruled Plessy v. Ferguson and its odious “separate but equal” doctrine because the court said it violated the 14th Amendment’s equal protection clause, which holds that states can’t “deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.” Not only is it disgusting to call for the court to overturn Brown, it’s a bit awkward for the more “mainstream” conservatives who have touted the case as a righteous example of the Supreme Court overruling precedent. So now Brimelow, and other people who think like him, are openly admitting that not only do they want to end protections for abortion, they want to legalize segregation. Just great.

Here’s the big picture that most people miss but especially the Turd Reich trolls – their basis for the decision as leaked is that if it is not explicitly in the first draft of the constitution then it cannot be legal. Stop and think about that for awhile, especially you dense trolls. No Bill of Rights, no 2nd amendment, in fact none of the amendments would stand up under this if it becomes a precedent.

Now have we got your attention? Because, yes this is exactly what fascists do, and Squiggles you moron, you only need to look in the mirror to see a supporter of fascism ‘cause it’s your heroes that are happily doing this.

There’s no time to wait and see. How well did that work in 1930’s Germany or any other fascist dictatorship? Not well. And Every. Single. Time.

We’re very far behind the eightball (and not the kind the ReThuglicans goons are doing up). This has been going on for more that 40 years. It’s snowballing and the underlying premise of the leaked opinion is the key that they did not want to get out. That’s why they’re distracting and deflecting attention. The cats are out of the bag but it’s the cute but rabid little kitty that they want you to just ignore.

By the time folks say, “Oh shiznit! He was right after all” it will be far too late. Might be too late right damned now. Y’all are bein’ had and they didn’t even have the decency to buy you dinner and a box of candy now, did they? When the whole thing is knocked up, you’ll be as screwed as a pregnant 12 year old whose daddy beat her after he raped her. In Tennessee they’re pretty much even OK if daddy marries her and keeps on keepin’ on. That what y’all want for America? Because it’s comin’.

Oh yeah, they want to kill the messenger because the message is hateful denial of civil rights for women. The last four justices perjured themselves during their confirmation hearings, but no GQP are concerned about that. President Clinton was impeached because he perjured himself before Congress. Now there is only the sound of crickets on the right. The hypocrisy is overwhelming again.

    @FrannieL I won’t post a comment in a Nazi troll’s thread but I do make a separate comment post.

I’d suggest that maybe if the women in a man’s life had the right to control his genitals the men’s viewpoint might see the light of day pretty darned quick. Kind of a “Flip or Snip” sort of thing.

The Turd Reich trolls are reaching for it since their knickers got all twisted up by the truth coming out, and they then tried deflecting with utter BS and propaganda, as is usual for the Reich.

Jackoff’s “sources” like almost every Turd Reich “source” are trash but it’s using ultra Reich wing BS as shown here…

    https://mediabiasfactcheck.com/the-daily-wire/

    https://mediabiasfactcheck.com/red-state/

And Rickets conveniently forgets, or more likely gleefully ignores, leaks like the Pentagon Papers and the leaks by Thomas Drake and Edward Snowden about the NSA monitoring all US civilians communications, but would’t bat an eye about the leak that exposed Joseph Wilson’s wife Valerie Plame and CIA operatives over the discovery that no, there weren’t WMD’s and never were.

And then there’s LenturdNYC’s attempt to blame liberals for the leak from SCOTUS. Got a shred of proof for that one, hmm? No? We’re shocked, shocked and amazed. Well, not so shocked. With a butthole as big as Lenturd you’d figure it could pull something better out of it.
