The Fed’s working on the inflation. It’s a tricky bit of business, and of course as soon as the ½ percent kicks in, the right whingers will be all OVER how awful that is.

Oh please. You are the whiniest human. Inflation today is nothing compared to what it’s been. Wage increases always tail inflation. It’s good something finally got wages to go up! Biden’s doing a fantastic job and I can’t wait to re-elect him.

Inflation is at a 40 year high. This hits the poor and working classes hard. But, the Left all say we’re imagining it all. How dare we stupid children whine and complain?

The Left’s dreams of their boots stamping on human faces forever are just such lofty visions for them that they can’t see the misery they’re causing.

    What could Possibly Go Wrong…?

It has always been that way, prices go up, and eventually, hopefully, wages follow. It is the Capitalist Way. At one time we had an excess profits tax, maybe we should bring it back.

The vine of inflation represents the state of the world, the thorns represent the GOP’s constant whining and blaming it on Dems!

It’s telling that the Conservatives think it is only the other party that has to tackle inflation. As usual they have no ideas, offer no plans, won’t even talk to Democrats about it. They are really good at being aggrieved, but suck at governing. When they do things get so out of hand that they have to turn to the Democrats to bail them out.

I found this in some money mag I reading. The First Law of Economists: For every economist, there exists an equal and opposite economist.

The Second Law of Economists: They’re both wrong.

We are long overdue for a correction in the interest rates. Too bad it took this situation for them to finally consider it.

al appears not to know (which is not surprising) that 1) republicans also applaud wage increases and 2) rising wages feed inflation…

Amazing how wages have remained stagnant while 10 people’s wages increased by 5 trillion dollars during the pandemic, corporate profits increased significantly, yet apparently inflation is a reason to jack up prices.
