We did air drops when the Russkis tried to starve Berlin. Putz has now targeted the trains bringing in humanitarian aid and have started the final stages of wiping out eastern Ukrainians. Sooo……

Do any of the western democracies think he is going to stop? He needs a few years to rebuild after the Ukraine falls and then he goes for his next target. The rebuilding years will give him more oil and gas. The enslavement now underway gives him the labor for agricultural production.

It is estimated that Russia may have lost 20,000, the Ukraine 10,000, give or take a few I mean what is one life anyway, all in the cause of a ego maniac who again wants the land of another and Putin actually believes he is on a religious mission for the Russian Orthodox Church and did I mention the UN is virtually worthless.

Don’t expect this to end well. As long as European nations bow to Russian intimidation (economic and military), Ukraine will fall, at least a big slice of it. Added military supplies mean more destruction. Even if Zelensky gets his supplies to stop Russian advancement, will he be able to pound the war equipment into “plowshares”?

Do the Russians have a plan to maintain the agriculture system in the country? Many nations depend on Ukrainian grain exports, and how much equipment and manpower has been lost in this war? Will hunger and starvation result in the loss of grain supplies?

At some future point, Russia will likely be desperate for foodstuffs that would have come from Ukraine. Not only its own population, but those countries around Russia will have to start rationing. There will be unrest in the populations.

As heartless as it might sound, countries that grow the needed food should then push the advantage to squeeze Russia toward regime change. They should not automatically ship grain directly to Russia, whose rulers would use it their perverse political advantage.

The coming year will make the Russian military aggression felt more by nations not directly involved in the conflict: More economic degradation and immigration, more stress on food production. If justice is to be done, the Russian oligarchs’ power should fade, Putinism as government philosophy should be demolished, and one wing of world-wide raptor authoritarianism in government clipped.

And, off to the side, the MAGA and Evangelical leadership are getting ready to play kick the can.

It’s a win-win for the West. They can bloody Russia by proxy and get some great field testing for their newest man-portable weapons.

May the Ukrainians deliver Moskva-level surprise after surprise on the battlefield until even the EVIL, PUTRID, PARIAH Putin wails in defeat.

the Grayzone has some reporting that shows Zelensky in a poorer light than the largely sycophantic media shows.

after the admittedly questionable but relatively bloodless takeover of Crimea, Putin had a bridge built to connect it to Russia…Ukraine cut off the fresh water . ..
