There used to be a time when traitors were put to death for treason.

The Watergate scandal resulted in 69 government officials being charged and 48 being found guilty. No one was injured, the cover-up was bigger than the original crime.

January 6, an insurrection incited by a sitting President and his minions, cost lives. So far 725 people have been arrested, 31 sentenced to prison, one sentenced to 5 years…. and these are not the ones that incited the storming of the Capital. The hearings should be televised late May, early June….

Round them all up and send them to Ukraine.

If Garland does not produce soon and indict I am going to have a difficult time believing that his denied seat was a big loss. I agree with another who stated in response to his taking more time because he “does not want to politicize the process” is actually politicizing it.

Too many higher up will walk at the rate this is going. When the GOPQ steals the Executive Branch in 2024 anyone who was caught in the torn net will be released.

Destroy one and blow up the other. I’ll let others decide which is which…..

There was a scene in one of the Die Hard movies where Bruce Willis tells Samuel L. Jackson to “Take his legs” as they drag a bad guy away.

They’re dragging him while walking backwards, and they’re shoulder to shoulder while facing the same way.

If a defeated Democrat had orchestrated an attempted coup…

If it had been Democrats that had stormed the Capitol and sought to overturn a presidential election…

If a large group of Democratic Senators and Congressional Representatives had actively supported that effort…

Oh how the Marjories and the Tuckers and the other big mouths would scream and rage and demand that the guillotine be fed!

Just one of numerous Reps and Senators who advocated similar actions. Congress, though, is impotent to take actions against members, even those espousing support for racist and genocial organizations.

But, Lee and the South were plotting a coup, of a sort, as well. Lee invaded the North, twice, to try and capture Lincoln and end the war.

If only Democrats had such strength of conviction, we could get some convictions before they get clobbered in November.

There is likely enough light poles in DC to string up all of the traitors.

CNN released over 100 text messages from Lee and Rep. Chip Roy (R-TX) that were sent between the 2020 election and the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol, and they showed Lee was initially 100 percent committed to Trump’s election overthrow efforts, although he eventually got cold feet when Trump’s lawyers produced no hard evidence of fraud.

In response, Holder tweeted, “Mike Lee has to be confronted about his actions to subvert our electoral process and then held accountable. Let him explain – if he can – his efforts. Media focus on this is not partisan – it’s their job.”

The irony of ironies is that R.E. Lee is on record opposing the erection of monuments to Confederate generals. And correctly!

Thank goodness others feel as I do, the Democrats don’t fight. It seems as though Republicans shoot themselves in the foot, put themselves down on the mat every 36 hours and the Democrats let them up. After the 1929 crash the Republican Party was all but dead for 23 years. It should have been the same after Bush2’s 2008 crash. Every Republican/conservative Admin since 1929 has had a depression or recession, some had two. Republican/conservatives have proved, beyond a reasonable doubt, that they cannot govern, and cannot manage an economy.

Biden’s low approvals come because the Democrats allow Republicans to define them. In the midst of tRump’s recession, Biden has brought record low unemployment, record high jobs, a booming economy over and above the world-wide inflation, infrastructure that was promised but never delivered by tRump, and Reunited NATO to be the most united in history after tRump insulted, divided and threatened to quit it. Biden has returned the United States of America to lead the free world again. Biden Made America Great Again.

The Democrat Party must get this message. Write to the DNC, your congressman, senator, all of them. Do they send you emails or texts asking for donations? Tell them you’ll give when they show they will fight for this Nation. They must fight now, before it’s too late and we lose this Nation to tRump’s Republican/conservative fascism.

“Repubs” currently in only for the money. They have no concience.

It should be a conga line of orange jumpsuits with Trump in the lead.
