The problem for the people is NOT ghost guns. Ghost guns are a problem for the cops. The problem for the people is that they’re at risk from people who are willing to shoot them with ANY gun!

The real problem with ghost guns is that even if we could confiscate all the guns out there that might be used to murder someone else, they would still exist. The thing that makes these guns so dangerous is that they can be made at home using an easily acquired 3D printer, and using designs on the internet. No, No, No, removing the guns isn’t the answer. Replacing the hatred caused by prejudice and racism with the love of God, is. We need to follow Jesus’ great commandment: Love One Another. Maybe the hippies were right: All You Need Is Love.
I gave up expecting ANY kind of responsible action after Sandy Hook. If the death of 20 children couldn’t move those in power to even the slightest act of decency, not to mention morality, there was no hope of it ever ending .Mass killings have been allowed to become part of the fabric of our society so pockets can be lined with dollars and minds can be bent to outdated 18th century gun totin’ crap. It’s the American tragic legacy.
as long as GQP campaigns are funded by the NRA and repubilCONs value getting elected over innocent peoples lives we will continue to be the only “civilized” country in the world to have mass shoots occur over and over. However the real blame is on the people who vote for these ghouls.
Hey, up until yesterday, when I clicked on the bell icon at the top of the page to see which of my comments had drawn responses, then clicked on those, it would take me not only to the strip itself but also to the spot on the discussion page where the comment occurred. Now it doesn’t do that any more, it just goes to the strip. Is this happening to other people as well, or is it only me?
I see that the Republican National Committee — which pretends to be all manly and courageous when it comes to citizens shooting each other — is too chicken to have its candidate stand on stage and debate the issues with an opponent. That might be because the RNC has decided that it doesn’t want to deal with issues at all, which is why it doesn’t have a platform, only tactics, mainly involving fear.

3D printing will be another source for untraceable guns. Technology not ready YET because 3D guns aren’t reliable but you know that will change.
