While all this is being adjudicated Trump and all his co-conspirators should be sitting in jail until they fully cooperate with the House committee. Now is the time for the House to exercise its inherent contempt powers. Waiting for these crimes to be prosecuted by the D.O.J. and adjudicated by the packed SCOTUS is a recipe for disaster.
