I usually feel good after doing the thing I put off but after hours of pain in the dentist chair for a root canal that he didn’t finish because the root calcified because of circumstances that could have been prevented if they had listened to me 5 years ago and other barriers. They left it worse than it was when I went in and now I have to eat through a straw because I don’t have enough teeth left to chew on the other side. I’ve had some pulled because of bruxism from childhood injuries and stress.
