I kind of wish this wasn’t so relatable …
I think I have the opposite problem. All I can focus on is the negative of a situation so I move on as fast as I can hoping the next will be better but only seeing the negative in that as well.
Change comes from within, but you still need hipwaders to deal with the bullshirt of life.
