If the poem only had one line, would it be uni-verse?
If had traded a German sausage for a seabird, he could have taken a tern for the wurst.
When it comes to poultry, I prefer the kind that rhymes.
A friend asked Dean Martin how his hospital stay was going and his answer….. wait for it…. he took a turn for the nurse.
For the record, this is a repeat of one published on 23 March 1995. I’m not complaining; I liked it enough to remember instantly that I’d seen it all those years ago.
