I have really enjoyed the arc this week. I smiled at the very 1st panel today!We have an over abundance of hard core cyclists here. Spandex clad and traveling mostly in flocks. Read this decades ago, can’t prove it, but I suspect it’s true. Whatever time you spend exercising is how much longer you will live. Granted, you may be heather, but it’s pretty much a wash.
