Substitute tRump. Putin is a known entity, but tRump fools about 30% of Americans, some here today.

There are no leaders without followers. Putin remains in power because Russia has a much stronger tradition of autocratic leadership than democracy.

And if Trump never existed, America would still be a democracy.
