Looks like it might be an abandoned space pet. Why shouldn’t the technological advanved aliens have less cruel pet owners than we do?

Please don’t abandon a pet ever. If nothing helps then please contact your shelter. Maybe they can hook you up with someone willing to give it a new home without the trauma of being cast out.
