Man! All that suspense, brainstorming and shaping like alphabetical letters for nothing! Don’t you hate that?

The only way to win at tic-tac-toe is for your opponent to fall asleep… and keep moving anyway.

Reminds me of that moment in “There is No Game: Wrong Dimension” where Game and Mr. Glitch try to play tic-tac-toe until one of them wins, which naturally never happens. I think the programmer might have just had it pay an actual series of games with perfect A.I. on both sides, instead of a predetermined series of moves.

At least there are no losers!

Ho hum. Start another round, then!

Do they bet money on these games? Cuz I could get in on that. In fact, I have a feeling I know what the outcome of the next game will be.

I’m kind of old. Growing up, we had class trips to the Franklin Institute in Philadelphia. They had the most amazing display. A computer that played tic-tac-toe. And incredibly, you couldn’t beat it! The thing was about two cubic yards. And noisy. State of the art in 1960.

So Uncorns don’t know the technique to always win n tic-tac-toe.

Only on Saturday mornings

I wonder if 4×4 Tic-Tac-Toe is any good.

Well, at least we can probably be sure the unicorns aren’t starting any global thermonuclear wars anytime soon. ;)
