I’m pretty sure we already know the effects of cloning on aging: the clone has inferior telemeres (the plugs that mark the end of a chromosome, and grow shorter as we grow older), and so ages much more quickly after reaching maturity.
Still, I don’t mean to spoil a perfectly good word play, which this is.
