Welcome the refugees but vet them carefully and insist they leave certain aspects of their culture behind.

Credit where credit’s due, Stantis does appear to have po’d the right with this one.

I had a nephew who used a term when he was three which applies here. Anyone who complains about these brave people who helped us at peril at risks to themselves are a: “DUMBALEC!”

I’m pretty sure Afghans don’t dress like medieval monks. But I doubt Stantis cares, given the usual effort this strip’s art demonstrates.

Mr Stantis this is an I’ll conceived cartoon. Why are Carmen and Winslow running? Who is this person asking for help and where exactly is this? Two white guys with a sign, racist! If this is what you really think of America maybe you should move. If not than you should apologize to your American readers.
