His bone spurs would have prevented him from joining the Army anyway… but they would have made a great basis for his imagined heroism that he can bloviate about forever…
I continue to be grateful for the volunteers who stand forward, take the oath to protect and defend our country, train, sacrifice, and faithfully do their duty. Many of them suffer wounds the eye can’t see, and not all of those wounds are inflicted by foreign enemies. Their patriotism is mirrored by teachers, healthcare workers, honest public servants, and service workers of all kinds who make their contribution to help us all make our slow march toward the ideals that have made us a great nation. Right now there is a craziness in the land, a kind of mind-fart caused by the dishonesty of the last guy and his enablers who want to rend the fabric of our republic, shred what the flag stands for, pervert the meaning of the words in our Constitution, steal our voting rights, and womens’ right to make their own decisions about their lives. We need a vaccination for that.

Machupicchustan? LOL!
The Machupicchustan Army must have been composed of old soldiers… they didn’t die, they just faded away…
