Would someone explain where someone would get jobs, or goods without capitalism?? It’s the working people who work for capitalists whose high taxes pay for the social benefits!!
This cartoon and most of the comments seem to presuppose that capitalism and socialism are mutually exclusive. Here in the USA, we’ve been living with both since the inception of the nation.
I saw this comment after a British newspaper article: “If you watch how people behave and ignore what they say, you very soon learn that there is no such animal as a Socialist.”
