FTucker has a show on a network who hires lawyers to claim (successfully) in court that no reasonable person watches his show to get actual, factual information. The entire network was founded on the premise of being an entertainment network that pumps out RW propaganda and to try and delegitimize actual news outlets in order to bring them down to their level, instead of striving for any journalistic integrity.

A shooting in Olympia: Proud Boys went hunting ‘antifa’ in streets, ending with Toese wounded
When counterprotesters failed to appear at an anti-vaccination event for which they were providing “security,” frustrated Proud Boys formed a pack and began hunting for “antifa” on the streets of Olympia. They assaulted an independent female journalist who had to seek refuge in a local tavern. They also began assaulting random people on the street they identified as “antifa” and began chasing them with clubs, baseball bats, and Mace; in the end, one of their victims drew a gun at a bus stop and fired several rounds, one of which apparently struck Toese.
Ftucker and his ilk are protected by the 1st Amendment. Fox exists because the Fairness Doctorine was killed. They are practice at skating up to the line of promoting and supporting criminal actions including violent insurrection against the U.S. government and committing crimes but don’t cross it.
Since the corporation depends on that judicial decision to save their income, they should be required to summarise it on-screen at every station break:
“This station does not provide real news or any truthful content except this message. The supposed “news” part is intended only as entertainment and to mislead easily-confused viewers such as yourself. If you continue to watch, your brain may be invaded by worms, causing you to be permanently hospitalised and your brother-in-law to take control of your financial affairs. You have been warned."
Ah the analysis skills of people who are willing to go to the hassle of creating a fake vaccine record and risk fines and prosecution rather than go take a free vaccine that’s readily available at dozens of sites. They were giving COVID shots at the county fair when we went. That’s how easy it is to get a COVID shot.
I’m almost willing to bet money that the RW propaganda machines will push this and the ‘toonists will mock anyone who isn’t willing to be bitten by a snake.
