    " Eat to live ", NOW, it’s, " Live to eat ! " Gym exercise has taken the place of, WORK ! ( Lets see, pay $ for the gym, Instead of recieving $ for work exercise. Hmmmmm ? )

    Eat a little bit less. Eschew sweets and cut your carbs. Exercise just a little bit more. Nothing uncomfortable, nothing drastic, but after a few months cut some more and walk a bit more. Slow and steady.
