Barney needs to read the middle of that sentence. He’s describing himself inaccurately, but the situation spot on.
And folks like Barney reap the rewards of the dynamic, exceptional people they hired.
Then again, Barney probably does work hard. Most execs do.

Could also say they are exploiting cancer by developing effective drugs. Or they could all just walk away and let you die. Your choice.
We got our shots free and I think everybody does. I don’t know who is paying but if I had to guess I’d say the gov is paying pharma handsomely.
What about all the lives that that many meds kill??
