Real bangers are hard to find in Oregon, USA, but worth the effort. Ditto, bratwursts. My favorite sausages, though, are New York Deli-style Italian hots. Can’t find those in Oregon either!

I live across the pond and I’ve very rarely had sausages not part of breakfast. Are they like pepperoni or hot dogs?
