We were on a two lane strip between Rolla and Vischy, MO today. 70 MPH wind hit the car side. Luckily we knew where we were at so we just slowed down and turned on the emergency and found an old gas station to shelter us for about an hour. We went on a short road trip this weekend. In the city, trying to find our hotel the rain was pounding on the roof so loud I couldn’t hear the instructions and the wall of water was so thick I couldn’t read roadsigns. Oh, beam me up Scotty!
