True Fact: The Gopher Tortoise provides shelter for at least 360 other animal species in its burrows.
A Gopher burrow can be up to 48 feet in length and almost 10 feet deep.
The worst part is that all of Hoover’s apartments are Rent Controlled.
He can’t even raise the rent to encourage the Loud ones to Leave.
But, in Florida, the short term renters pay a big “Snowbird Tax” .
