    The beach here in Central Oregon is dog-friendly. They can be off-leash as long as they are under your control. The dogs have a wonderful time just running on the sand.

    Went to Point Lookout in Maryland. There was a beach on the Chesapeake Bay side for dogs. The open beach for humans was on the Potomac river side and was crummy.
