In spite of the fact this is a lie, it would still be better than what the Q-publicans intend.

    What??

OK. Duckduckgo found me this, from the New York Post, which is quite right-biased.

PS: “The vax checkers” are also a right-wing distortion of the idea of brining the vaccination to where people are.

Frankly, the US has a horrible human rights record. We imprison a much higher percentage of our population than anywhere else. And our prisons are horrible when compared to those in many countries.

During the ’60s, some Black leaders in the U.S. tried to get African nations to prod the U.N. into this very action.

The US doesn’t score for global freedom in the top free nations of the world, those scoring 90-100 in this analysis. The US comes in at 83.

Those at the door are in power because we supported dictators in those countries that were worst. Iran-Shah, Cuba-Batista, Saudi Arabia-we have supported the Saudi Royal Family for 70+ years.

At least Bok represented Saudi Arabia in the cartoon; considering how much support they get from Conservative and Corporate politicians in the form of military funding and equipment, I’m sure that’s Israel peaking either over the shoulder or from behind the door.

Well again, it’s a comfort to know that Australia is emulating its ally, ‘cos our human rights record ain’t too hot either. Refugees detained indefinitely, (Kopika is a five-year-old girl who has been locked up by the Australian government for most of her childhood. In 2019, her family was sent to a detention centre on Christmas Island, an Australian outpost in the Indian Ocean. They live in a guarded compound under 24-hour watch – an operation that has cost more than A$6m (£3.3m; $4.6m) so far. indigenous prison population percentage high), indigenous people imprisoned at a higher rate than white folks, harsh welfare measures meant to degrade the recipients and on it goes. Can’t say we aren’t good students of cruelty.

Unless things have changed, the prisoners are paid a modest amount for their work. It also gives them something to do other than just sit in a cell and figure out how to cause trouble. (Idle hands are the Devil’s workshop, as the old saying goes.) These people are not being bought and sold, nor are they just breaking rocks with hammers.
