I read that Denver spends more on the homeless than they do school students yet Denver still has growing homeless numbers which continues to get blamed because of not enough money. How much money does it take before people consider that homelessness isn’t a solvable problem unless mandatory stays in mental health care and addiction care facilities become part of the solution?
Why would the police be homeless? Surely they have sufficient income to have a home? In fact, surely they have to have a home to become a police officer in the first place?
