Some where in the world is a giant pile of gluten that the faux medical world has told manufacturers that the consumers don’t want…(along with fat from properly marbled beef). I always ask for extra gluten.
One of my granddaughters is borderline celiac/gluten sensitive. It’s a real thing for some people. She gets something similar to food poisoning and doesn’t have to know the food is gluten bearing. Before she developed the problem she loved bread and pasta. She misses it.
