…and we’re removing voting access for non-Republicans.

Yep. I even agree, sort of, (though that’s a different rant). Because the statues, which were placed long after the supposed death of the Confederacy, were intended to put FUD into the hearts of black people. And we shouldn’t be spending public funds to do that. But the folks who are legitimately elected are a different matter. For one thing they aren’t dead. Yet.

I like how, on the tee shirt, the “6” looks like a “Q” with a stem.

Today is the anniversary of the Civil Rights Act 0f 1964 — Republikans plan to commemorate it by celebrating the gutting the Voting Rights Act by ideologues on SCOTUS.

The usual cry, from these type of people, is: “The South shall rise again!”.

Those living Confederates make up a large part of the Republican party. Sometimes known as racists, which they vehemently deny.

Thank heavens they have removed the racists from the White House.

Someone might point out to @MontanaBS that it’s MISSION ACCOMPLISHED as far as that effort goes.

Sadly, the “Republicans” have their own lexicon where their maliciously twisted definitions of words such as freedom, liberty, justice, equality, and racism ARE — in truth — their antonyms in the real world!

We’re in a nonshooting civil war right now because the ideas fueling the last one didn’t die with the defeat of the South.

Sad…so sad.

McCarthy is deciding whose likenesses he’ll place upon those empty Confederate statue bases…

The midterm elections can’t come soon enough to voice , , er, vote my opinion of the G.Q.P.

The snakes in the House. Maybe Liz Cheney will ferret them out.
