I am shocked to say that I agree with Mr.Bill up there. If Jamie weren’t allowed to use Brittany’s money for his own personal expenses, he’s give up that conservatorship.
I also think that this type of situation would be vastly different if Brittany was a man instead of a woman.
Is she still a danger to herself and others? While someone might make mistakes are those reasons to maintain a conservatorship? You need to be deemed unfit to provide food, clothing and housing for yourself and otherwise function in society. Is she fit? I don’t know. I don’t care.
