Chuck Shumer on Mitch McConnell yesterday: “The Republican leader uses the language and the logic of the southern senators in the ’60s who defended states rights, and it is an indefensible position for any senator, any senator, let alone the minority leader to hold." Just need McQonnell and the Q’s to call out law enforcement to mistreat minorities who want to actually utilize their rights.

Last night, we had a conversation of sorts with a fellow who doesn’t think White Supremacy actually exists, and pointed to President Obama’s election as proof. Hubby and I didn’t ask him how many people have been arrested recently for driving while black, or opening your own front door while black.

Here’s a simple one for you: A guy is struggling to break into a car in a parking lot. Reaction from the crowd:

There’s a simple solution that’ll take a helluva lot of effort. Vote the rethuglican bastards out of office in 2022 and take dominant control of the Senate. The same holds true for state and local elections. It’s not rocket science but it is work.

Quick, turn on your cell phone and start recording/posting the livestream of this encounter before he gets you out of your car and down on the ground, “finds” some contraband in your car, and beats you bloody/“accidently” kills you!
