This year Canadians are undecided about celebrating Canada Day as many of our non-Indigenous peoples are just discovering how terrible some of our past governments policies have been for our First Nations Peoples. Recent revelations about unmarked mass grave sites on the grounds of Government run or supported Residential schools have really shaken up a lot of people who didn’t know things like that happened here. Thank you for the good wishes towards our nation. I apologize in advance for the overwhelming number of apologies that will certainly be prominent in our news over the coming months.
