How about a new bestie, there, Trout Lipz?

I’m sure Agnes has some dirty socks she can give Trout.

I’m sure Trout’s mother is calling all of her best friends right now, and asking the same question.

I - probably too often - celebrate National Dirty Socks Day.

Another day, another dirty collar and another pair of dirty socks. The dirty socks thing is every day unless you go barefoot. Besides Best Friends Day, It’s also Name Your Poison Day and National Upsy Daisy Day.

For Trout, it’s Int’l. What’s In It For Me Day!

It really is!

Is it April 1st?

I looked it up, and it really is National Best Friend Day.

So, Agnes, just give Trout a hug. For this kind of day, that’s the best possible thing.

We are best friends. We already have everything…..

A couple of years ago, my wife and I bought a wall calendar where every day had at least one of these “National [whatever] Days” listed. It was amusing, until I noticed that they included Christmas and Easter (as most calendars do), but they didn’t include Hanukkah, Passover, Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur (as most calendars do). I went to their website and commented on the omission but never heard back.

I’m sorry, you just gotta love Trout.
