I would consider your support of the RepubliQans a slap in the face to the military. They fought to protect this country from events like January 6, to insure Everyone the ability to vote on issues for our country, to have freedom of speech, right to assemble and to fight against fascism!

braindead: Fact check: Biden, like Trump, received multiple draft deferments from VietnamOur rating: TrueBased on our research, the claim that Biden received five draft deferments is TRUE. He was granted five deferments as a student before he received a medical exemption for (cough, cough) asthma. Similarly, Trump was granted four deferments as a student before his exemption for bone spurs.

Thanks for this cartoon, Mr. Goodwyn. Amongst all the sales and the barbecues, everyone needs to be reminded of what this day is truly about. For those who were lucky to make it back alive, thanks so much for your service.

Will former President Trump be going to a mattress store for their Memorial Day Sale to replace the mattress he soiled in Russia with the hookers?

    A Veteran.

Memorial Day is for remembering those who died in Service to our Country. I did survive, so I wear a miniature set of the ribbons I am entitled to and also wear a unit patch to remember those who did not come back. When I was in training for the boats, an Army officer told us that the Navy component of the Mobile Riverine Force, at one point, had the highest casualty rate over there. Casualty does not mean the same thing as fatality(casualty means injured, some survive). We ere a relatively small unit.
