Actually the only comment is whether to much can clothing impede actually swimming. So yeah if I was a lifeguard I would keep a eye on her for safety reasons and to head off some karen heading her way to mess with her.

Patriarchal, rather than “allowing” women to run around nearly naked ?
It’s not quite this easy when women are brought up to believe that being covered head-to-toe is the only way to please God.
There’s something to be said about questioning patriarchal traditions, as many of them do restrict our personal freedoms.
I’m not Muslim, but I grew up as a fundamentalist Christian.
