This is funny, Because my recently deceased wife would text me when she left work. She worked 3/4 mile from home and sometimes she would get home before the text got here. She texted so I could unlock the door and couldn’t understand why I hadn’t done it. I told her that “computers” are great but….
I’ve had times when I’m a block away from getting home and my wife calls or texts. Continuing home seems more efficient than pulling over and answering that.
