Dude, a teleprompter is just a way of displaying your script or text. Every public speaker uses some form of text or script. It only displays the words you yourself put there. Only idiots shoot from the hip even in formal speech settings.
Too bad Dumpf didn’t use this technique. He might have sounded marginally less like a raving psychopathic idiot when he spoke. His continual jumping off script to blather drove his handlers nuts.
We all know a prominent speaker who reads words provided by others and confuses most of that. Better to turn his teleprompter around and let the audience read it.
tRump never used a teleprompter because he couldn’t pronounce teleprompter, much less read the words on the teleprompter. His staff didn’t have the expertise to turn his speeches into Little Golden Books so he could follow along with the pictures.
