In my ceramics class, no matter what it started out as, it ended up as an ashtray. And I didn’t even smoke.

…it’s got a nicely placed thumbhole so you can get a good grip to end the conversation…
Everything in ceramics class looks like that.
My recent attempt with an acrylic pour class resulted in much the same thing. No matter the artistic medium or prescribed technique, I seemed destined to bend it toward dumbfounded inscrutability.
It actually shows fairly good use of positive and negative space
