That would presuppose that the goal was to fix the problem. Remember, what rationale, thinking, empathic humans find to be problems are a source of profit, joy and delight to the GQP and the ilk they pander to.
What we NEED is for all the folks who think Varvell (and his ilk) are righteous, virtuous and correct to have a massive religious conversion experience in which they realize that other people are just as important as a they themselves and that it actually feels good to be helpful.
Varvel is quite right, we Republicans need to Cancel the Culture of anyone discussing the issues and everyone should shut up, never question, and do what we tell them to do.
