No overtime for 12hr days if the week’s total is under 40hrs. Sucky rule… three 12s & no OT is a form of wage slavery.
Form a union, anything over 8 = overtime pay

Of course, with 6-7 million unfilled jobs she couldn’t possibly find something better.
In CA in most jobs it’s time and a half for over 8 and double time for over 12. It definitely applies to retail. Has been for over 50 years.
